About Me

Born to Bulgarian parents and raised in France, I carry a blend of both cultures. Growing up bi-cultural sparked a deep curiosity about the world and a profound appreciation for diversity. This curiosity led me to live in Mexico, travel through Latin America, and learn Spanish. It also brought me to the Netherlands, where I completed my higher education. I see each culture as a unique universe, and I approach every client’s inner world with the same openness and curiosity.

I’m especially passionate about inner child work. Our childhoods shape who we are, and many of our deepest wounds stem from well-meaning but unprepared caregivers, often repeating patterns from their own childhoods. These unhealed wounds can echo across generations. For me, exploring this layered, systemic trauma in therapy isn’t optional, it’s essential. Because the opportunity to process and release these inherited burdens is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves and future generations.

These personal and professional experiences have shaped my worldview and also the way I hold space in the therapy room - with deep respect for complexity, tenderness, and the bravery it takes to look inward.

My own therapeutic journey has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life and it continues to unfold. Through therapy, I’ve cultivated the warmth and compassion that were missing in the earliest chapters of my life. I’ve become a safe space for myself and now, through my work, a safe space for others too.

If this resonates with you, I’d be honoured to guide you on your own journey of healing and self-discovery.
