<1.500 = 55€
1.500 - 2.500 = 65 €
2.500 - 4.000 = 75€
4.000 - 5.500 = 85 €

I offer a space that’s gentle but honest, where all parts of you are welcome. I don’t sit back in silence, I’m engaged and curious. I’m here to gently nudge you and help you make sense of what’s coming up.
My approach is holistic and humanistic, with a focus on tailoring the therapy around your individual needs. There is no “one size fits all” and rigid, preplanned structure. Instead, our sessions flow organically, guided by your needs and what arises in the moment. I stay attuned to the pace and rhythm that feels right for you. I draw from a range of tools that include parts work, inner child exploration, emotion-focused techniques, and some elements of CBT. Together, we’ll explore recurring themes in your life, gently unpeeling the layers to uncover deeper patterns, emotions, and unmet needs. The goal is to help you compassionately reconnect with yourself and work toward meaningful, sustainable alignment.
My priority is to create a safe setting that honors all identities across gender, culture, ethnicity, sexual orientation, expression, faith, ability, class, and age.

We’ll start with a free 30-minute call — a space to explore what you’re experiencing, see if we’re a good fit, and talk through the practical details such as fees and scheduling.

3. Schedule an Intake Session
Whether in-person or online, our first session together is where we explore what’s been difficult, what’s helped you cope, and what you’re hoping for. From there, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan — flexible enough to grow with you.
4. Embark on Your Therapeutic Journey
Through compassion and warmth, I will support you by offering practical tools and deep listening to help you integrate past experiences, shift unhelpful patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and self-agency.
5. Restructure Your Inner World
We’ll make space for both the breakthroughs and the heartbreaks and gently build tools for emotional resilience and relational depth.
6. Regular Check-ins and Feedback
Periodically, we pause to reflect on:
How is therapy going for you?
Is this pace or style working?
Do you feel supported?
Your feedback shapes the process to stay aligned with your needs.
7. Growth Emerges
Slowly, you may feel more grounded, more resilient. A steadier sense of self begins to emerge, as what once felt overwhelming becomes more manageable.
